Good, but not much excitement
I'm not going to say the game is bad; it is good. A lot of work went into this game. I like the controls, graphics, etc. However, I just find myself going to one mission to the next (not without dieing many times, of course) with no feeling of accomplishment. Worth getting for a cheap price.

Good flight first person shooter
I was looking for a flight/flying "first person shooter" game. I have Warhawk and really like it, but sometimes it is tough finding good on-line matches. Since Warhawk doesn't have a single player mode it's a bit disappointing that you have to rely on the on-line availability to play. Blazing Angels 2 satisfies my flying game itch. You can't get out of the plane and fight on the ground like in Warhawk, but that's ok for me. If you're looking for a flying "fps" this is a good one.

"Leave it to Beaver" with Wings
Pros:
1)Six axis controller is great fun and makes flying a more intuitive experience.
2)Game offers an interesting customization feature to slowly allow you to improve the technology of your aircraft.
Cons:
1)Very Formulaic. Character development is weak, and the story line is melodramatic(in a very bad way). Your wingmen are full of trite cliche phrases that detract from being able to be immersed in the game playing experience. Sounds like the writers to "Leave it to beaver" were recruited for story development(golly gee mister!)
2)Cut scenes are cheap. They are processed photographs of actors, very bad ones, I would add.
3)Levels are incredibly repetitive. Flying in Moscow feels like flying in Paris feels like flying in Japan.
If you are looking for an incredible flying experience, I don't think this is it. I wanted it to be, I was a huge fan of "Secret Weapons over Normandy.(PS2)" I am not going to finish the game. Why should I? I know exactly what is going to happen, and I am irritated by the naivety of the story.

Blazing Angels 2
This game is not the greatest. Have to many things to do and just difficult for an older adult to figure out.

Delivers a great Sixaxis controller experience
I played the first Blazing Angels and really enjoyed. I saw this one and thought why not give it a shot. Offers more planes and new miswsions. If you are not running 1080P(Full HD) don't bother. I have found that when your at a high altitude, the targets and the game play is crappy. Besides, who isn't playing games/watching movies on 1080P. It's almost 2010!!!
